My Approach
I offer a range of counselling techniques to best support you in life’s challenges: Person
Centered Therapy, Te Whare Tapa Wha, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. With over 10 years in the helping field, I have gained experience in working with individuals from many diverse backgrounds, life stages,
ethnicities, and genders. This experience has been the driving force in striving to provide a non-
judgmental approach. Being a fully registered member of DAPAANZ, I work strictly within their code of ethics.
